It’s a highly personal business choosing a wedding photographer, which is why I suggest an initial meeting where you can talk through your ideas, see more of my work and generally get a feel for whether I’m right for you. If you then go ahead and book me, we’ll meet again to talk in more detail about your day and, if you choose, to do a pre-wedding couple shoot.

After your wedding (four weeks at most) your images will be uploaded onto your personal online gallery, for viewing and sharing with guests (who can download them free of charge). You’ll also receive a complete set of high-res images on DVD to print from and distribute as you wish. Most weddings generate between 300 and 500 images, and every image is assessed and optimised by me before being uploaded.

Not every couple wants to commit to an album initially (you’re getting married, that’s commitment enough for now) which is why I offer albums separately to my photography packages. Though I’m happy to say most of my couples do go on to order an album once they’ve seen their pictures.

I offer a range of styles and prices – from simple, modern photobooks to beautiful handmade leather albums and coffee table books – true objects of beauty. I can show you examples when we meet, or if you prefer we can talk albums after the big day once the confetti’s settled and you’ve got time to think about it properly.

Once you’ve chosen the images you want for your album (usually about 70-80, though you can add more spreads if you wish) my team and I design the layout and email you the proofs. Once you’re 100 per cent happy with the design, it’s then a six-week wait until you are clutching the album in your hands, oohing and ahhing over its loveliness!
